- Launch of new models into the Welding shop production lines
- Development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes with a focus on performance and quality
- Definition, implementation, and monitoring of quality standards for new production programs
- Identification and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual operations
- Continuous improvement and technical development of automation systems
- Ensuring equipment readiness, reliability, and optimal operating conditions
- Responsibility for maintaining stable and efficient production processes
- End-to-end management of assigned projects, including planning and execution of key milestones
What you need
- University degree in a technical field
- Experience in process engineering (2–3 years is an advantage)
- Strong technical thinking (development, design)
- Communicative level of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Catia, AutoCAD 2011, DM Works (Factory Simulator)
- Knowledge of PLC logic and programming – an advantage
- Experience with installation of manufacturing equipment – an advantage
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Driving license (Category B)
