What will be your mission
- Create offers, calculations, and business plans for customer RFQs
- Lead customer negotiations and build long-term business relationships
- Prepare key materials for internal decision-making processes
- Take responsibility for customer development, turnover, and margin targets
- Act as a link between sales, development, and production across the WITTE Group
- Work with sales data, maintain records, and track performance
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in sales, ideally within the automotive industry
- Fluent English; any additional language is a plus
- Interest in understanding the technical side of products
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP
- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
