Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Sourcing passive and active talent both locally and internationally
  • Conducting screening telephone interviews with candidates to assess interest and qualifications
  • Utilizing sources, such as Corporate Careers Web Site, Applicant Tracking System, 3rd Party Job Boards, Social Media recruiting, college recruiting, through networking with other candidates and through user groups and professional association
  • Recommends, applies and combines sourcing strategies
  • Act as an ambassador of AT&T, demonstrating and articulating AT&T's values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits, and other areas of interest to a candidate as necessary
  • Establishing a responsive and supporting relationship with multiple hiring managers
  • Acts as an adviser and subject matter expert to managers concerning labor market conditions as well as advises internal clients on international staffing process
  • Establishes a seamless and complementary working relationship with members of the HR organization as well as within own organization
  • Submits candidates to hiring managers using specific uniform processes
  • Schedules interviews
  • Assists the manager in closing the candidates and in negotiation employment offers
  • Maintains contact with the candidate throughout the hiring and on-boarding process
  • Escalates issues through Staffing organization
  • Tracks candidate status continuously through the ATS
  • Follows international policies and local guidelines
  • May include College Recruiting"


  • Required education
  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • Skills
  • Language skills: English - advanced level
  • Administrative and economic skills: Business correspondence - advanced
  • Human Resources - basic
  • Computer skills - user:
  • Microsoft Excel - advanced
  • Microsoft Outlook - advanced
  • Microsoft Powerpoint - advanced
  • Microsoft SharePoint - basic
  • Required experience
  • Number of years of experience: 1-3
  • 1-3 years recruiting experience through Staffing or Recruiting or Search Firms
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • A basic understanding of telecommunications technologies, qualifications and certifications would be an advantage.
  • Self motivated, able to work in a business driven hiring quota
  • Understanding of larger business objectives and how it is linked to staffing
  • A team player
